About Workbench Recordings
Workbench Recordings first happened in 2006; caused by James Beaudreau.
The original mission was to release tracks by diverse artists on a weekly basis. This proved unpractical, and ultimately, unsustainable. So, after releasing lots of tracks by James, and a bunch by Philip Lynch, and a couple by E. Ryan Goodman, and a few other notable artists, the site went fully "ghost town" sometime in 2012.
Workbench Recordings was relaunched in 2014 -- new site, new mission -- to gear up for the release of Philip Lynch's debut album, At the Start / At Long Last, which was finally released in November, and is now available on LP in the Workbench store. Boom.
